My Favorite Spot

My favorite spot would have to be the deck around the pool in my backyard. To me this is an ideal place to just think, relax and get away from all the stress.  With a cup of coffee and a nice book, you can forget about a lot of things that's going on around you. At times I prefer a nice cold sweet tea during a hotter day, looking at how  the dew of the ice cold drink is dripping down the glass.

Young

Because of my daughter I keep track with the latest pop culture, and I remember when she first bought me this cd.  I could not stop listening to him, the way he sang his song and also with the fact that he played multiple instruments.  But I think this has to be one of my favorite songs by him.

American Idol is one of my favorite show, but I especially like it when there is a filipino on the show.  It makes me prouder to be a filipino when I see filipino achieve wonderful things in life.

May 16

I cant believe that another year has gone by again, where does the time go?  I sometimes feel bad for my kids, since mothers day and my birthday are near each other.  But still they give me two presents, I dont mind it though.

Finally

YES! finally school is done and I get to spend some time in Canada with my eldest son and his family.  Not to mention My other son and my youngest daughter, I am so excited words cant even explain.  This is a very very much needed break.

My favorite

I always talk about my daughter in most of the stories that I tell everyone.  This is because out of all my four kids she has to be my favorite, and I know a mom should never admit who their favorite is.  But between my eldest and her there is a big age gap, and so I have to say that I have grown closest to her.  It is very hard to imagine that in a month she will be graduating from Granby High School.  It felt like it was just yesterday she was riding around in her pink barbie car parking her car next to me in the driveway.  Now she is driving around in her car, and not parking next to me but leaving  to go to college.

So me

My youngest daughter is the clown and prankster out of all my four kids.  Since she is a prankster, she always tries to play on a joke on me or even make fun of me.  I actually like it cause it shows that she loves me in a way, plus its better than us two fighting and arguing like a typical teenager and their mom. And being that she is 18, she likes to spend a lot of time on the internet and on her Iphone going on social networks, and one day she found this video on Youtube and showed me.  She said that it remind her of me, but I dont see what she is talking about.  Though I found the video she showed me very funny.

Love of my life

These are my four kids, a couple of months after my youngest daughter was born.  These four mean the world to me and I work as hard as I can for them, especially considering I am a single mother.  I try to give them the best and spoil them in every way possible.  I do not know what I would do or where I would be without them, as cliche as that might sound.  Even though my two oldest have started their own family, they will always come back running to me.  

Excitement turn to nothing

Hayyyyyy. .  October 2011. . . when my big brother and my kids plan to have a trip to Canada for a "WINTERLUDE" on February 2012.  I am so excited thinking that I can go with them,but unfortunately I can't because I am in school.

My Life

I came to the United States  from the Philippines in 2001. Although, I am a college graduate in the Philippines it is more difficult  to find a career here in America.  Being a single parent, I worked two full time and a part time jobs to live. After ten years I decided to focus my time working at Doctors office as a patient's coordinator and go back to school. TCC becoming my first step to fullfilling a better career.
